Here are some of my ideas for a Positive, Business-like Approach to Municipal Government

-    Begin an immediate financial review of income and expenditures of all municipal departments 
- Use the approved Sustainable Plan to improve efficiencies in Town operations, involve all staff in reducing spending
-    Execute regular staff performance reviews
-    Implement long-term Strategic Planning to avoid surprise deficits & fiscal turmoil
-    Provide strong support to grassroots community projects & development of our area’s many assets
-   
-  Develop community pride and spirit by encouraging creative collaboration with volunteer and business owners & organizations
-  Promote innovative incentives to encourage sustainable economic growth & new business opportunities
-   Promote Bancroft in other regions as an education & training centre
-  Improve regional community cooperation & interaction.
-  Consult community studies to review services available and needed for seniors and youth retention
-Promote public transportation.  Facilitate the creation of more pedestrian and cycling routes in the area.
